I agree - it is easily the best and most prestigious street in Seaford. It's perfectly positioned and a great street for families with kids.

"One of the most expensive streets in Seaford"

Beachside seaford is the place to be and to be on kananook avenue is a great choice only 5 kms away from frankston and the beach only to 2mins away. prices have skyrocketed in this street in recent time cause of land most blocks are around 800 sqms and thats a good thing

Seaford

"Gets better & better with time"

Seaford is about 40 mins from Melbourne's CBD and is practically on the border of the Mornington Peninsula. Its been known as a boom suburb for years on end. With prices in seaford skyrocketing especially beachside seaford! nows the time to snap up a great deal! Seaford was actually a tourist town back in the 1960's before it mainly became a suburb (like mornington). Seaford is getting better & better. Many of the young kids are moving out of seaford which is a good thing for the suburb in itself. There are great cafes the new surf club has just been built and won an architectural award, the farmers market which happens every 1st week of the month and with St.Kilda FC's training base at seaford it makes the suburb look even better!, Our football club is the largest in melbourne and has won the Peninsula division 3 years straight! the grounds packed out EVERY HOME GAME! and the comminutiy spirit for the club is fantastic! we also have a skate park (which was the old frankston skate park) we have a soccer club which is quite good and the beach has been named best beach in melbourne a few times in recent times in summer its jam packed! We have 2 pubs, seaford hotel (which is ok) & the riviera hotel (which is busy all throughout the year , ESPECIALLY SUMMER!)

Clarendon Drive

"Yeah good during the week, quiet . alot of people have dogs"

clarendon drive is a nice street even though we know it as a main road. in the 80's it was an estate and has time has gone by bigger blocks of land have come around, the land sizes are 655 to 900sqm. the people in the area are nice and you can have a yarn to anyone, there are parks and a few walking tracks around. you do get the odd hoon which is annoying and 1800 NO HOON should be used WHEN NECESSARY!!!!!! thats the only downfall of the street, if you read this and your a resident of the street please use 1800 NOHOON and get those clowns out of here!!!! friday & saturday nights yeah there is a bit going around you see alot of people walking there dogs cause nearly every house ive seen has a dog and ther is alot of people running around doing fitness work too. with housing if there is a house on clarendon drive for sale they seem to be sold pretty quickly which is a good thing also :)
