Pacific Terrace

"Quiet street, outstanding views"

This street is located on the hills in Mt Martha. Has views that are just stunning, can see all the way into Melbourne City and right the way across the bay. Not far to the shops, restaurants and the beaches. Worth spending the money to get into this street.

Hi marknic74,

Is there any chance we could get a picture of the view you speak of? I've never been to Mt Martha, but a lot of my friends frequent their holiday houses there, and speak very highly of it.

"Full on rental area, would hate to own here"

Have rented here, shocking. The house itself was fine but the area was terrible. Got broken into while we were home also got our wheels stolen off the car. One set of neighbours were really cool, very pleasant, didn't ever see the others but heard their music all the time. Traffic is really bad, burnouts by the school all the time. Plus had the shoes over the power lines. Never, ever would I live in this area again.

"Was a first home buyer area, now rental street"

Used to be good as a first home-buyer area, but now way too many rentals in the street and alot of the street and is looking scruffy. It's a shame for the home-owners in the street who do keep their houses looking tidy because there are alot who don't bother at all. Big time burnout street, burnout marks everywhere!!!

Hi marknic74, thanks for this review. It seems a lot of people hate revheads and idiots doing burnouts. What can local residents do about it?

My parents built 24 Kellaway Crescent back in 1986, it was and still is a fantastic family home. I'm lucky enough to work at Ray White Mill Park and I manage properties in this street. Number 23, 13 and 14.
I can see how times have changed in this area of Mill Park, but there are still some great families and beautiful homes along Kellaway Crescent, and not to mention the courts that run off the street. Wallace Place and White Court have some fantastic and well upkept homes. Great place to live, I know becouse I was there for 15 years. What makes it better now than from when I was there is the 2 minute drive to Westfield. Exciting times for first home buyers, investors and tenants in this golden pocket of Mill Park.

Millicent Court

"Peaceful and friendly"

Has a mix of young families and middle aged couples, everyone very friendly and happy to be here. Plenty of social get togethers, usually organised by an elderly grey haired gentleman who is very familiar with everyone in the court. Top spot, lots of nice walks and parks and because it is a court no through traffic so very safe for the children to ride their bikes. We love it!!!!
