Dywer Street is one of the prettiest streets in Sunshine. It is a small residential street that is full of trees that provide both shade and privacy even though the house lots are small. From here it is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful surf beach or to Noosa National Park. It is one of a handful of streets close to the beach that is 100 % residential (i.e. no units or duplexes). The ability to walk to the beach is such a bonus as there is no problems with finding a car park and coming back to a hot car in summer. There is a small village atmosphere and sufficient shops and restaurants all a 5 minute walk away. A little piece of paradise.

Sunshine beach is a little gem of the Sunshine Coast as it sits between the main road and the beach. It is bordered by Noosa National Park so it is easy to access this as well as kilometres of white sandy beach with great surf. There is a small village feel with the convenience of shops, restaurants and the local surf club. Children are able to walk to both a State Primary and High School as well as the private Catholic School. It is a 5 minute drive to Noosa and close to large supermarkets, cinema etc. The hills and trees provide both an interesting and green environment that is full of birds.
