Neighbourly Court - very few house sales - backs on to natural parkland with good local primary schools and childcare.

"Good Suburb"
Well kept with affordable modern housing
Great for
- Only 30 minutes drive to Brisbane
Not great for
- Housing Commission
- Mining was a problem only on one or two streets, but fully supported by Govt. Council has got all information about where the mines can be.no problem.
