"Great affordable place to live"
Great little affordable place to live in regards to renting and buying. Easy commute to everything. Close to M1, Westfield, Theme Parks. 45 minutes to Brisbane CBD 10 minutes to beaches. Very friendly community.

"Great family friendly street very quiet"
Great family friendly street and very quiet. Walking distance to local shops & restaurants with a pathway that goes through at the end of the culdesac. Walking distance to Gaven Primary, kindy, swim centre and parks. Easy access to local GP, M1 and Westfield. Great little street close to everything. Great mixture of neighbours who are all friendly.

Bad for renting, not affordable, and uninspiring. See, the entire Oxenford area is just far too close to that shithole suburb called, you guessed it, "COOMERA"!!!
