What a street! What can I say - located south side of Bell Street; just on the Thornbury side of Preston. It's a quiet and safe street with plenty of off street parking. It is walking distance to High Street and Plenty Road - the choice is yours! One of the few street within the Preston / Thornbury junction, with great access to trams / trains or many of the cafes and restaurants now developing in this retail precinct.

The residence here are house proud with as many as 4 new homes built in the last 5 years! Many others have been restored to their former glory, clearly an indication of how much people just love to live here. We have very little movement of selling in the street and therefore most have been residing in the street for 15 years or more.

A number of Primary and Secondary Schools to select from and shopping is local and you're also spoilt by the famour Preston Market just down the road.

It's a fun and quiet at the same time street where all the neighbours are happy ot say a quick hello and make sure the harmony flows to all.
