Adelaide Street
"Location, Location, Location"
As a former resident of Maylands, I can honestly say the location is superb - One minute from the Parade and only 5 minutes from the city. Maylands is a leafy, family-oriented area and Adelaide Street is one of its most lovely streets. Prime Eastern suburbs real estate without the hefty price tag of surrounding suburbs.
