We have lived in Domain Way for about 2 years and in that time have had no bad experiences to speak of. All our neighbours are friendly and everyone seems happy to be living here. Our street is sort of like a service road but there is no entrance from the main road. To get to our street you have to get to it through a side street and our street is also a NO THROUGH ROAD. Because of this only residents living in our street need to use it and their visitors, so hence we don't have any unwanted people driving through and we don't have any problems with hoons in our street! BONUS. We do though, hear the traffic from the main road (Gourlay Road)
At Christmas time we have a street party down one end of the street (as our street is quite large) and we like to welcome new residents to join us to come around and meet everybody. So the atmosphere in the street is really good. Neighbours also tend to rely on each other to borrow things. The street is safe and also kept clean with all residents taking pride in their properties. There are also no problems with barking dogs. As it is a new area there are many developed and soon to be developed services in walking distance to Domain Way (eg new shopping centre will be a 2 minute walk away). Schools and Childcare facilities are a plenty as well as a bus stop virtually across the road. We are also a stones throw away from an excellent recreational facility which is the Taylors Hill Sports Park. Therefore, I highly recommend Domain Way.
