Unfortunately vehicles use this street as a short cut and speed along it. Quiet dangerous for children on bikes etc as there is a bend in the street that drivers cut the corner of. Not a good place for kids. A number of rental properties in the street and on occasion some unsavoury characters resided there. A number of the residents are quiet friendly however.

The street is occupied by executive type homes on large blocks. Quite a number of families with primary school aged children. Street is quiet due to being a dead end and usually has local traffic travelling along it. The street is generally quiet. Shopping centre and club nearby. Major shopping centres located at Knox, Boronia and Ringwood a short drive away. We are glad we bought here.
