Vasse Newtown is just lovely, there are glorious parks, lakes and natural wetlands all within the community. I think Vasse is the best location for people wanting to enjoy the south west lifestyle. Margaret River, Busselton and Dunsborough are all within a short drive. The schools here a fantastic, both are public but with such a great reputation some students have changed from private to public.

If you are an investor, think of your future.... with all of the infrastructure to be built in the near future, this will be the Real Estate Hot Spot of the region....... Have a drive around here you will see how great it is.

Kookaburra Way is simply fantastic. There is pretty much only local traffic, friendly neighbours (who are not built on top off you) Most blocks are over one acre and very peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach, wineries and all of the fantastic South West wonders. If you move here you will not regret it.
