Minden village estate is filled with quality homes and great people who care about where they live. The flora and fauna are beautiful and bountiful. On the first week of living here I drove past a pair of wedgetail eagles perched on a fence. The area is beautiful and hilly, particularly at the rear of the estate. All amenities (IGA, fuel, bakery, $2 shops, hardware, furniture, electrical etc are a short drive away, down the road at Lowood. Major retail shopping centres are a 15-20 minute drive away to Riverlink shopping plaza which contains anything else you would need. The air is clean, and the lifestyle is healthy. It is only about a 45 minute drive to Brisbane. Soooo happy I moved here and my son will receive a good early education as teachers and principal of Minden primary are very caring for each child and deliver all educational requirements to keep up with todays progressions. Minden is a hidden beauty with so much to offer and is the same distance to brisbane as fernvale.

Just to add....If you are online, Woolworths will now deliver to your door. Delivery is free on wednesday afternoon to evening. How good is it!!?

Amenities are a short drive down the road to lowood, or simply go online and have woolworths deliver to your door ( free delivery on wednesday afternoon). Major retail shopping is 15-20 minute drive into Ipswich for anything else you may need. Minden is approximately 45 minutes drive to Brisbane city ( the same distance as Fernvale). Minden primary school provides a great start for children, with all necessary requirements and care. Love, love, love Minden.
