Anthony Crescent

"All the amenities are close, yet quiet, pleasant and off the beaten path"

Nestled in between the Great Western Highway, TAFE and Uni, Anthony Cres is a quiet street tucked away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Penrith.

Close to everything, shops, hospital, schools, it is great for singles, couples or young families. Most homes are smaller fibro construction built in the '70's, making it an ideal first home buyer street. Large blocks and a very quiet area is something most home owners pay a premium to have.

We have lived here for many years, entered as first home buyers and renovated to our liking. We have no intentions in leaving anytime soon.

"Close to everything"

Uni, TAFE, train station, parks and shops all within walking distance. Close to the M4 motorway. There are many peaceful streets tucked away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Penrith making it perfect for singles, couples and young families. Lot's of first home buyer suitable properties being small fibro homes, although land is generously sized on average making it an ideal first step into the property market.
