"Best school in Cairns"

I bought a property here as the best school in Cairns is in White Rock. For me the education of my kids is a priority!

"Best value suburb to invest in in Brisbane right now"

Best value suburb in Brisbane hands on! 20 minutes express train to city or a 20 minutes drive. Under 20 mins to University. 4 shopping centres within the vicinity: Monier Rd, Mt Ommaney, Jindalee and Oxley. Many parks, golf courses and even the river not too far away. Great Asian food both shops and restaurants. Quiet, friendly and clean area. And all that for under the Brisbane median house price. Can't be beaten!

Coolaroo

"Amazing value and convenience"

Coolaroo was named as the "Australia’s best-performing affordable suburb" in 2018 https://www.realestate.com.au/news/coolaroo-named-as-australias-bestperforming-affordable-suburb/ and that is the case in 2021 now more than ever. Prices are skyrocketing all over Melbourne and the median house price will very soon be 1 million while in Coolaroo only 17 kms from the CBD you can snap a house for a little bit more than half that amount! It won't stay like that for long. Coolaroo is only a 15 minutes drive to the Tullamarine airport and half an hour on the train to Southern Cross train station. Nearby there are plenty of shopping centres at Broadmeadows, Meadow Heights and Roxburgh Park, hospital in Broadmeadows and plenty of parks and schools. Perfect suburb for a family, quiet, affordable and convenient. I just invested in a house there as I think it is right now the best value suburb in the whole of Melbourne!

Berala

"Berala's units, an undervalued perfect investment opportunity"

Berala's units are likely the most undervalued property investment category in Sydney. They boomed in 2015 with a median price of 540k, but are now only around 430k. I believe that this is a great opportunity and value for money and invested myself in a unit there. I am quite certain that in the climate of low interest rates, quantitative easing and overall recovery from COVID-19 prices of units in Berala will explode. Prices in Sydney overall are going up and undervalued areas will get scarce very soon. I would recommend to any first home buyers and/or investors to get in while they can!

Kelmscott

"Booming property prices - one of the best investment suburbs in Australia right now"

During COVID-19 house prices in Kelmscott jumped from 280k for a median house to 387.5k: https://www.realestate.com.au/neighbourhoods/kelmscott-6111-wa This is a gold mine and I am so happy I invested a couple of years ago. All investment fundamentals make sense: access to public transport, schools, hospital, shopping... Rental yield jumped to 5.5%, vacancy levels are close to zero, this is a perfect investment suburb which will keep exploding. Kelmscott's proximity to national parks and huge number of local parks and trees separates it from the surrounding neighbourhoods. Affluent pocket within Kelmscott on the hills is gradually expanding and I see this suburb completely gentrified very fast. Huge investment opportunity right now!

Elizabeth South

"Best rental yield in Australia within capital cities and price waiting to explode"

I am a very cautious investor and strongly think investing in Elizabeth South makes sense. Rental yield is easily 7.5%, vacancy rate is below 1%. It is dead easy to rent out a property and tenants tend to stay long term. Rents have been going up and I am certain that price will explode at some point. It just simply cannot stay around 200k for a 3BD house when the next suburb of Salisbury is above 300k and prices all over Adelaide keep increasing. Similar to what happened at Hobart, the tide will raise this boat. Get in for an affordable price while you can!!
