"Street in Brighton/Brighton East"
Safe/Very good houses to have a nice walk, worth visiting Dendy Park, a lot of good schools /child care as well.

"Perfect Location in Bayside"
It is close to everything , Beach/Good schools/ Nepean Highway / Brighton Golf. Worth to mention Dendy park is one of the best parks in south east/bayside area.
