"A quiet family neighborhood"
I purchased a house here 12mths ago. I have been extremely happy here. The people are friendly, the houses are big enough for families to grow in. Parks are always near by and in great condition. People look after there houses and gardens. Transport is close by. School and shopping centres are close. No complaints.

Hi, I recently bought a house in crestview drive, Comes under kings ridge estate. I am relatively new to the area. How is the area? Any burgalary? and is there any good schools. I have to travel to Rhodes. commuting by public transport seems to be difficult, Any advise on the street and suburb? How is caddies creek school? Thanks
