We bought here a few years ago. Our house is one of the few that does not have exceptional water veiws like the rest of Hobart, but with that gorgeous water veiw comes the roaring southerly cold winds.Our place is tucked away in a leafy valley that overlooks reserve land and we don't get pounded by those strong winter winds. We have glorious sunshine beaming into our kitchen during winter and warming the house during the day.

We are mainlanders moved here a couple of years ago. The lifestyle here is so laid back and friendly. Great fishing and beaches and Hobart is only an hour drive away for the necessary retail therapy.
