Extremely busy road with constant 24/7 traffic noise, buses, trucks, cars, police/ambulance sirens. Bin day provides a challenge of turning onto the road from your driveway and avoiding cars hiding behind wheelie bins. Maylands is a nice suburb but would prefer living a few streets away from Guildford road.
