Churchill Street

"Just a great place to live."

This leafy street contains some of the best examples of heritage-listed Edwardian style houses.

The wide leafy street looks over the rail line, but the trains don't bother anybody after a day or two. The location of the line means not houses opposite and at the Western end of the street this translates into sweeping view towards the ranges.

Living here gives you easy walking access to the Hamilton Street, Mont Albert Village. This village, once dominated by Opportunity Shops is undergoing steady renewal. The Opp Shops are still there, and doing a roaring trade, but there are now some of the best vendors of fresh foodm meat and cafes.

The street is wide and quiet with a friendly but not intrusive vibe. And property values just keep climbing.

I would not live anywhere else.
