Langridge Street

"Great for families and young couples"

Langridge St in Middle Park is a very wide street that connects Beaconsfield Parade to Canterbury Road. Most of the homes are old brick style homes with greenery lining the street.

Great proximity to the beach, so its a fantastic place to raise the family, and close enough to Port Melbourne and St Kilda so you can enjoy all that the surrounding suburbs have to offer.

There is a also Richardson St Cellars on the corner, so it's always handy to pick up the grog :)

Park St

"Great location, a few homeless people though."

Park St in St Kilda is one of the best locations in all of St Kilda. It connects St Kilda to Middle Park and has a beautiful tree canopy overhead. Street parking is more than available, and it runs parallel to the Beach, so the water in only a short walk away. It's also just a short walk from everything Fitzroy Street has to offer (restaurant, nightlife etc) and just a quick tram ride to Acland Street.

The only downsides are that there tend to be a few homeless people around the Fitzroy Street end, and because it is a tram thoroughfare, it can be a little noisy.
