"Etwell St Near Millan Primary"
Has been great been here for 4 years, kids schools literally a minute away, surrounded by shops and parks, buses to the city and to Curtin Uni, Multiple gyms down the road lots of well known restaurants. Definitely a good area for families
Just a shame Homeswest are slack on the 3 strike rule, 6 strikes and counting..... They really need to step up to the plate before it does the area some permanent damage.

- Closeness to Cafe Strip
- Closeness to City
- Closeness to Curtin University
- Large size lots still available
Not great for
- Some Homeswest properties remaining
- Some older homes need to be redeveloped
