Over a seven year period we did not make a cent out of the property we owned. People are getting more and more concerned about those dreaded power lines. Whilst every other property in Essendon went up in value - we were luck to break even. t's not worth risking your health, not to mention your children's health. My advice - don't do it!

This is your perfect street, you have a mix of all ages from the elderly to young families, everyone is very friendly. It is close to excellent public service infrastructure and close to many wonderful schools, child care facilities, parks, shops - you name it we have it all and best of all your property value will just go up and up!
