South Perth
"One of the most friendly suburbs in Perth!"
Have lived in South Perth for maybe about 5 or 6 years now, and it is an ideal location to for parents, young couples and the elderly. Situated along the southern side of the Swan River, South Perth is well equipped with dining of almost every cuisine imaginable, and impressive schooling and education. There is also tremendously easy access to public transport, as well as close and accessible to the CBD, either by car, or by train (via Canning Bridge)

- No crime
- Proximity to the city, river, ocean and transport
- Cafe Strips
- Near Shopping Centres featuring Department Stores
- The people living here.
Not great for
- No "proper" beaches
