"Street close to public transport"

This street is close to RMIT tram stop. Also there are bus stops on both sides of Childs road intersection. Also Plenty parklands school is at the end of the road.

"Mill Park Heights is really good location"

Most of the houses here are reasonable new (around 10 year old) houses. Many of them are singly storeys, though a few double storeys are found here and there. There is a 24 hours Medical centre with Pharmacy is around the corner. From here Eppind station is around 3 kms. You can walk in 30 minutes. But there are frequent buses to Epping station and RMIT tram station.

"Great way to explore the nature"

Apollo bay is the base stattion to Otway national park, tweleve apostles, surfing. Population is around 1500. It is 200 kms south west of Melbourne. This place offers lot of outdoor activities. There are other towns like Colac, Lorne, etc. to visit and explore. Tweleve apostles is around 2 hours journer from here.
Apollo Bay offers lot of festivals and events through out the year. Mountain bike events, Music festival, Surf life-saving championships, Carols by sea, Great ocean road marathon, food and wine festical etc.
There are quite a few walking tracks around. Rainforest walks are really nice. Once can walk along the coast in the beach as well. Otway fly is a good tree top walk in Australia. Otway lighthouse is one of the old of its kind in Australia.
People from Melbourne have bought holiday homes here and rented it through real estate agents. The 3 BR house prices are now aroung half million in this area.
Sea food is always on menu in local cafes. There are few gift/souvenir shops, supermarket, art galleries, on the great ocean road.

"A good street close to amenities"

My relatives live in this area and they all like it. Also the house price in this area is affordable. Most houses are around 15 years old. There are some new houses as well. It is closer to Keilor Plains railway station. They are building a Railway bridge in Taylors Rd to improve the traffic. There are buses taking children to good schools like Overnewton, Penleigh Essendon, etc.

What's the closest shopping centre to you? (Or the one that you do your shopping at?). Is the new DFO in Essendon worth visiting?

"Street closer to all the facilities"

I lived in this street few years ago. Most of the houses are 50 plus years old. Mostly units and apartments wiht few houses. People are buying houses and demolishing and building new ones. House price appreciates considerably. This street is closer to Carnegie, Murrumbeena, Ormond railway stations. Tram no. 67 is very close.

"Street with good facilities"

This street has the States biggest primary school. Reasonably priced homes and not too old. Roughly 10 to 15 years old houses. Price appreciation is comparitively better than suburbs like South Morang. Some truckies stop truck close to kerb and it would be hard to mow the lawn. Teenagers like other areas, throw beer bottles, cans, rubbish, etc. at night while driving or walking on street. The council rates are bit expensive compared to whitehorse city council. Rubbish collection is not good. You need to phone council to clear rubbish. Garden waste can not be tied in a bag. You have to put in corrugated boxes. Rich council, I think.

helpful, its a shame that we can't get people to appreciate their surroundings more and not litter. If you pay council rates then you should expect a better service regarding rubbish collection. shame on the council.
