Maling Avenue is a relatively small street with a great little primary school on one end and a great mix of people around. Neighbours are friendly and it's not uncommon to find yourself chatting under the nice canopy of trees that decorate the streetscape.

Ermington is not for those who are after luxury, but it is a very decent place to raise your children and live comfortably in something that is quite affordable and more than adequate.
