We bought our block of land Im Arcadia from Ross in 1995. Now in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020 Ross has sold my (my husband died in 2019) property in exceptionally quick time and for an excellent price. Rosss knowledge of the local property market together with his rapport with potential buyers/sellers is remarkable. It is easy to randomly tick all of the above boxes and not have a lot of care about a reference but we can honestly not fault any of the services provided by Ross and his team at First National Magnetic Island. We class Ross as a genuine friend developed from day 1 after we booked our first MI holiday with FN over 10 years ago. This started our relationship that evolved from purchasing 76 Henry Lawson St through Ross in 2005 to quality advice with many trips around the island to look for development opportunities. Whilst these did not eventuate Ross never once pushed back and was always willing to listen, advise and recommend in a broad and fair manner even when a sale was not eminent. The property was permantly rented (from day 1 until our recent sale) by Ross and his team and has never been vacant so testament to the service of the rental team and to their managing of the property. We have always booked our regular holidays on the Island through Ross's holiday rental team and referred many others and again we can't speak highly enough of the guidance and service provided. Sadly we have sold the property in a tough market but Ross was able to gain a very fair and reasonable price and the recently completed transaction was seamless thanks to Ross's involvement...we do wish the new owners much enjoyment as it is in a most beautiful part of the world and we will be back to again use the services of Ross and the FN team.
