"Boonooroo Park - Lived there for many years"

I raised my children in Alison Road and we all agree we loved living there. The area is so close to everything (schools, shops, the highway to Brisbane going north and Coolangatta going south), yet is was quiet and private in a way because there are 'no through roads' once you drive into Boonooroo Park. It's leafy and lovely with well established gardens. It was 15 minutes to the beach and Pacific Fair and public transport just steps from our home.

Franklin Drive

"Great situation for families and exec couples alike. Suits modern lifestyle but with a country outlook."

Close to everything including transport and a very pleasant walk to major supermarkets, childcare & primary schools, a variety of restaurants, medical, huge sports grounds (Firth Park), etc etc. Walking along Franklin Drive coming back from the little township, the hinterland is straight ahead and those hills and mountains are always so beautiful to look at.

Most of the townhouse complexes along Franklin Drive back onto council parkland with a creek, lots of beautiful trees, water birds - very peaceful. We take the grandchildren there to play and feed the ducks. There's a local church and op shop where they hold market days and car boot sales.

We first moved here eleven years ago then moved close to the beach for some years before coming back. We loved this area then and we're loving being back here.
