Dunlop

"Dunlop - a family friendly location."

Dunlop is a suburb of Belconnen that continues to provide home owners and investors alike with fantastic opportunities to purchase property. The now well established local shops, the Ginninderra Ponds, the many bike paths and walking trails and the feeling of space and been close to nature continue to be major factors in why people move to the area. Dunlop really is a place where kids can feel safe to play and for those with pets, there are plenty of options to get them out of the backyard and burn off some energy.

Higgins

"Higgins - the suburb of opportunity!"

Higgins is a suburb of Belconnen that continues to provide home owners and investors alike with fantastic opportunities to purchase property. The large blocks and opportunities to renovate and extend to suit individual needs together with value for money continue to be the driving factors why buyers look in the area. Higgins also provides a fantastic access point for Belconnen, the City and Woden not to mention the local shops and schools within walking distance. Higgins has proven to provide first home buyers with everything they could ask for and we expect to continue to see this market dominating purchases moving forward.

Macgregor

"Macgregor - the Old and the New!"

Macgregor is a suburb that provides wonderful opportunities for both the new and established housing markets with a combination of affordable properties through to higher end homes in both categories.

New Macgregor provides opportunities for first home buyers, investors or those looking to spend their weekends doing something other than gardening. Whilst old Macgregor offers large leafy blocks, some with spectacular views and a combination of original condition homes through to the fully renovated options.

There are plenty of walking trails and parks throughout Macgregor that help to cater to the family friendly nature of the suburb and if you throw in the very popular Kings Swim School and Primary School, then there certainly is nothing to want for.

What a great place to live!
