This house is a steal, I cannot believe it is marketed at this price now. I viewed it with my ex partner and would have bought it for the full price. Unfortunately cannot get the mortgage on my own. It is perfect for the hospital, Great schools, Uni and for the local shops as well as being in a relatively quiet street. I was taken by the size of rooms. In all honesty, all you have to do is set your furniture down and nothing else. When the new Myers opens, I can see the prices go through the roof in this area
