"the area is fine but does have alot of hoons n teens walking streets late at night lately"

its getting bad with the tracffic getting busy more n more everyday at night time its bad with hoons

I plan to move in 53 Pedder street. You said it's too noisy. Is the hoon on Pedder street or Brown plain road?
