Brownsville Avenue

"Great place for families or retirees"

I've lived here since I was about 3, when my grandparents first moved here, in our house, its really quiet. The roads are not busy. Theres the park 5 -10 mins walk, for fishing and kids play ground and picnics. Theres a food works grocery store at the end of the street so you never have to go far, the chip shop located near the food works is always good for a sunday brunch at the park. We also have our own laudramat and post office, as well as newsagent, so if your a retiree its not far a walk up to get your local paper. The local pub / motel is also located behind these shops, and is fairly decent. There is a motor inn as well just off prince edward drive that is part of brownsville as the suburb, if youve got family coming to stay and worried about where to put them and the local motel / pub is full.
