Gillow Grove

"Peaceful and accessable"

It is a quiet street, with friendly residents. have lived here with my husband and daughter for two years and we love the area. With lots of other new people in the area, everyone is keen to get to know one another, and the annual street party makes you feel like you are living in a community. There are quite a few young families in the area so everyone is conscious of driving safely, which is a huge bonus. I have become good friends with one of my neighbours and we even borrow a cup of flour from one another; which we both love!! Gillow Grove is a peaceful street, there's only traffic made by the residents and that doesn't change on the weekends. Within 15 minutes there are two major shopping centres- Plenty Valley Westfield and Greensborough Plaza, it's less than 10 minutes to St Helena Shopping Centre and it's 5 minutes to the Laurimer Shopping precinct, which is more significant in shop number than St Helena Shopping Centre. For the property that your money will allow you to purchase, the accessability to shops, excellent schools (Ivanhoe Grammar, Acacia College, Plenty Valley Christian College and Yarrambat Primary School) it won't be long before people start coming in droves. Within 15 minutes drive, what hasn't it got?
