This house is a great little find. The 2 bedrooms are huge and the study is ideal for a work/study desk and chair. There are loads of fruit trees, peaches, mandarines. apricot, nashi pears, persimmons x 2. The neighbourhood is ideal for a family with kids. Not a great deal of traffic and the neighbours themselves are friendly and quiet.
