The srteet is quiet and spacious with a large park. Neighbors gather around the minute you walk out your door and they keep an eye out for your rubbish bins etc. We have lived here a few years but most people have remained since it was built over 20 years ago. You wake up to the birds from the surrounding wetlands. Everyone says hello as you go for a walk. More trees are needed for shade but people are planting these now. Cost of living here is cheap and only 25 minutes to the city. No cafes but best value for money .
