"Small Beachside Village"
Beautiful, quiet, affordable but lacks amenities. Unfortunately you have to travel the 20km round trip into Aldinga beach, for Schools, Supemarket and other facilites. Alot of the properties are also not on main sewerage so that could be an issue. If you love the peace and quiet then this is for you. 30 mins south of Noarlunga centre.

"Suburbia at its worst"
Overpriced, concrete jungle a very boring suburb. If you want to never see your neighbours behind their high fences then this is for you.
new townhouse development is overrun by loud obnoxious people who like to party every weekend. Why pay $50k more for this suburb when you will have better value within 5 km. Basically the suburb has no life. Also I don't recommend the Seaford k-7 or 6-12 Schools, try the private ones in the area.
Not great for
- New housing concrete jungles
- Overpriced

snozinoz, if you really think Seaford Medows has all what you "mentioned", try going to Davoren Park, Elizabeth, Elizabeth Park, Elizabeth East, Blakeview, Smithfield, Smithfield Plains, Munno Para, Munno Para West, Craigmore, Salisbury East, Salisbury, Salisbury North, Brahma Lodge, Paralowie, Para Hills, Parafield Gardens and many more which are in the Northern suburbs, I suggest you check ALL THESE suburbs out and see if they are better than Seaford Medows. Because I'm telling you right now, they're NOT. And let's compare the Northern suburbs to Southern suburbs and see which neighbourhoods of the North are in the top 20 best suburbs in Adelaide? None in the north, most are either south or east. Next time before you even think about writing something on Homely which, sorry to hurt your feelings, helps absolutely no one, go to areas where they are ranked and are MUCH WORSE than Seaford Meadows. Shame on you
"Beachside Suburb"
A gem of a suburb about one hour south of Adelaide. Housing is still affordable and is close to one of the best beaches in SA, Port Willunga Beach. Quiet at night, lots of parks and I send my children to a wonderful private school
The rail line will eventually reach Aldinga so housing resale value will be excellent. New recreation Centre and Super GP centre will open early 2012,.With an expanding Shopping centre and a designated area for the new NBN, Aldinga Beach is certainly on the up. Fantastic suburb!
