Seems a certian group of people in this street have parties constantly. If you dont fit in with this group and the you are not one of these people you are not accepted. They have no respect for the locals or anyone else but themselves .

Have lived in Tallai for 16 years certian neighbours have loud parties all the time with no respect fot there neighbours
