Rented a property. Found it was noisy - audible traffic noise. Lots of rental properties though this is changing in area as they become owner occupied - which means some properties aren't kept as well as they should be and have multiple cars parked on footpath etc. Graffiti a problem in the area.
Great park located up the street which is great for walking and kids; oh, and people with dogs.

Gum Court is the best location I lived at for 20 years! The area is quiet and has family values. Children can play in the court due to minimal traffic. Neighbours look out for each other - though still respect privacy. Elevated aspect and has lovely breezes in Summer. Views of Surfers skyline if living in double storey house. Great for accessing all major roads and very central. I love living here!
