Hendon Deuchar Road

"A great lifestyle with plenty of space for kids, horses or other stock"

Great, friendly neighborhood. Nice and quiet and only 15 minutes from Warwick. Shops, medical, schools and entertainment are in Allora (5 minutes drive) or Warwick. School bus, daily mail service, garbage pick up, hardly any traffic, bitumen road. It's a great area for the animal lovers, that can enjoy their horses, goats, dogs, sheep or cattle on one of the acreage properties. It's so beautiful at night time to sit back, relax and watch the stars while enjoying a wine / beer with the neighbors.
Safe place to live and go for a run and enjoy the fresh air without the traffic lights or busy traffic. Kids can have their pony or bike to enjoy their spare time. It's an affordable area to live and a great opportunity for the investor, because of a good rental return and a big demand rural rental properties.

Warwick

"Best town in south-east qld"

Warwick has got it all! Friendly people that make you feel welcome. There are great job opportunities, great choice of childcare and schools (public/private). Very affordable to live and invest with a great return, better than Toowoomba / Brisbane. At night it's very safe to go for a run or stroll alone. Kids can have a great time in our well-maintained playgrounds, outside free gym and parks. An excellent air-conditioned gym supported by Warwick council, so you'll have the best and newest equipment to enjoy your work-out. A lot of clubs for young and old, it's definitely an active town with lots of things on, if you wanna join. The condamine medical center is the biggest in the area with 15 GP's to choose from and friendly staff to be treated as quick as possible. There are 6 supermarkets in Warwick so you don't pay a fortune on grocery shopping ,because there is enough competition between them.
In winter we get a couple cold weeks to kill all the nasty stingy insects before summer comes. Summers are warm, but not humid and a couple good drops of rain to keep the lawn nice and green. There is more to explore in Warwick than people may think!

Gym is not free for anyone at all and kids will enjoy the park for one day and be bored for the rest of the time.

Would never recommend moving here done 12mths can't wait to sell up and leave. Council are terrible same with hospital and people are hit and miss most are not nice. Town for old people who prefer their own kind. Our neighbours even want to leave they have been here for 5yrs seen how terrible place really is.
