Wheatley Drive is possibly the most versatile local intake area for best public schools in Perth. Wheatley Drive residents are spoilt with choice for Bull Creek Primary or Oberthur Primary (Best PS 2017) and Willeton Senior High (Best SH 2017) and Leeming Senior High. Murdoch University is merely few bus stops away. Neighbourhood is friendly and safe. Close proximity to shopping at Stockland Bull Creek and Parry Village Shopping Village houses some of the finest eateries. Few kms away to future 2nd CBD in WA as gazzetted in Murdoch Knowledge and Health Precinct. Future light rail is being considered in South Street.

One of the lifeline in Osborne Park where you can find some nice restaurants and shops. It can be busy during peak hours (8.00-9am) and (4pm-6pm) but never in my life, I was caught in traffic. Bus service is very reliable and had no problem with security for the past 6years. Very safe to walk from Glendalough Train Station to the South end of Main St on where I live.

Variety of bars and restaurants at Main Street serviced by both buses and train (Glendalough/ Stirling) you can find anything you need from groceries, furniture, home enhancement, or even car dealer at your own suburb or further up Westfield, IKEA and EventCinema at Innaloo. Close to City Beach. The only shame is lack of landscaping and not many big park in this suburb but it is not a hindrance since Lake Monger/ Herdsman Lake is just 5mins drive away. From investment point of view, Osborne Park is not as hot as her sister suburb Innaloo as people just refused to relocate, making the price appreciation a more gradual and sustainable. Great place to live in!
