Palpera Terrace

"Fantas street, great neighbours, quiet, leafy, green, great walks, close to most activities, parks, shops, council, tafe"

Palpera Tce is a cul de sac, quiet, peaceful living. Great walks along the River Plenty, lovely parks close buy, easy bus access to trains. Gently sloping blocks, easy walking tracks. I have lived here for 15 years, and still love it. I was just searching for a place for a friend of mine and came across this site. She said she loved my street and would like to buy something similar, close by. It is so green, and clean, Beautiful trees, lovely homes. Tidy and well maintained.
Some older style homes, but many modern and renovated styles. Young and some trendy fashions in housing, and decor. Updating is a continuing challenge in Palpera, modernising themes with fresh advantages and landscaping, gives the houses a wonderful character and adds so much to the street appeal here. I Love it and am so happy and pleased I move here from St. Kilda.

Great for

  • Close to Tafe, schools, paygroups, council, good road networks.
