"Improving suburb"
The houses are reasonably affordable for the proximity to the city and the land sizes are very generous, the suburb is very sketchy.
Great for
- Good Transport
- Accessible
- Affordable
- Multicultural
- Our neighbourhood is very quite and peaceful.
Not great for
- Lots of litter and cigerette butts on the streets
- Not enough western shops
