Aireys Inlet is a lovely place. There are very friendly people and the beach is right at your doorstep. Stunning place. Nice and safe. Lovely pizza place.

Ivanhoe is rather quite amazing, with beautiful periodic homes with nice architecture. It is generally a safe suburb, however it is a target for burglary. Mostly are very friendly people and a nice neighbourhood. The Leafy streets are lovely, especially in Autumn. It is Cosy and cute. Everything is at your doorstep. I highly recommend going to Upper Heidelberg Road because they have a really good variety of shops and many to choose from. I also recommend taking a walk along The Boulevard (and at Christmas time), it is rather stunning.

Eaglemont is close to Melbourne CBD via the Eastern freeway. It offers lovely architecture and old-style houses. There are beautiful leafy streets (especially in Outlook Drive in Autumn, highly recommended). Very charming. Friendly and generally safe, but its an expensive suburb which leads to a target of burglary which is the only downside.

Lovely suburb. It has everything. Great community. Handy having the Austin hospital, safeway, leos and a lot of cafes, newsagent, Old England, Barklys. Everything. Amazing Shopping Options. Pretty Place. Friendly and safe.

Rosanna has everything. The Shopping Options are great. Lots of fantastic schools with great education. Nice Library and shopping strip and De Winton Park. The Golf Links Estate is nice and the parklands are great for walking at and with your dog. Great for families with kids, sinngles and retirees

Lovely place by the beach listening to the waves crash. Highly reccomended for Beach Lovers. Nearby Anglesea is very popular and Aireys Inlet. Safe. Nice people.

Best Street Ever! Loads of really friendly people. I know and talk to pretty much everyone in this street. Really friendly people.

I think Macleod is a lovely suburb. It's really safe. The shops are nice. Very friendly neighbours and people. Nice shop owners. Never had any bad experiences what so ever. Very nice and friendly over all. Macleod Secondary is a great school. There's a YMCA, Tennis Club, IGA, 2 Hairdressers, Newsagent, 2 Fish and Chips shops, florist, op shop, green grocer, puppy groming shop, sinners pizza, pharmacy, 2 milkbars, cafe, butcher, a bank, 2 clothes shops, 2 dollar shop, art and craft shop, post office, electronic shop thingo, some beauty shop with nails and spray tans etcc.., keys cut shops and hardware etc. Thats pretty much it. Really handy shops. Very low crime rate. Nice and safe in the heart of Macleod.
