The neighbourhood is very quite, private and well kept. I have lived her for over a year on my own and always felt safe. Living on the beach has allowed me to see 'sunsets' which have been sent from heaven and really made me feel lucky to live on this road.

Its a short 10 min walk to mordialloc train station and all the shops ie, safeway. They have recently opened up some nice wine bars and restaurants.
