Gloucester Avenue

"Gloucester A very Diverse and Charming Boulevard"

Gloucester avenue boasts a variety of architectural styles from million dollar mansions ti original fibro cottages. The elegant neo Gothic buildings of St Johns Grammar are also an enhancement of the streets diverse and interesting character. A glorious leafy environement along with abundant native flora and fauna. Hard to beleive that this tranquil quasi rural environement is just minutes to unley anf the CBD. One of the hills most diverse and interesting steets.

Flagstaff Hill

"flagstaff,, Outstanding value for money"

Flagstaff Hill in my opinion one of Adelaides most underrated suburbs. A glorious quasi rural environement with fine homesreserves and walking trails. Approx 25 mins to cbd and just minutes to Marion and TheBay. Housing affordability is excellent with outstanding value for money. Just a gtreat place to live.

"Probably the most underrated Adelaide suburb"

Just minutesfrom the CBD (if you really need to go there!) yet affording a glorious sylvan quasi rural environment coupled with excellent private and public schooling and community facilities.Whilst many of the larger stately and modern mansions are heading and sometimes exceeding the magic $1m mark incredible value can still be found with older and smaller brick or timber framers. A simply superb place to reside.
