I personally like hex street, fontein st , stanhope st and essex st. A place with suburban mall yet local shops are thriving. and for those who is concern with safety, i walk home everyday from the station, i never ever felt unsafe, richmond, reservoir, south yarra and CBD is so unsafe comparatively.Yes, there is some industrial area here, but so many developments is happening, its just a matter time when it is become a million dollar area.
