Best street with new designed achitect homes with neautiful scenic views .It is a very quiet street with lot of trees.

Frenchs Forest
"Best value suburb in Sydney Northern beaches"
I recently migrated from europe and settled in frenchs forest .The suburb is clean with lot of trees and wild life .Some of the streets in peppercorn ridge like carnarvon drive , peppercorn drive have very beautiful with new architect designed homes .It has lot of potential
with the new hospital in pipeline .Forest coach lines bus service is pretty good and takes about 45 min to city.
Great for
- Clean and friendly neigbourhood
- Closer to best beaches in sydney
- Good private and public schools
Not great for
- Warringah road is busy during peak hours
