Cabarita Road

"Long Through Road - With Great Views"

Cabarita Road properties range from very modest to very expensive. Some are deep waterfronts, with their own jetty etc. Many are older style, small, and in need of renovation.

The road borders Careel Bay and the area is very beautiful.

Traffic can be frequent and a little noisy, due to steep slopes and resultant acoustics. Similarly, outdoor living areas such as balconies create noise on weekends and some nights.

Squadron Court

"New Area - Yet To Mature"

Squadron Court is carved out of a new estate that came out of CSIRO land sale in mid-2000's.

Many large and impressive homes have been built in Squadron Court and the Estate. The area is very attractive to young ethnic families and is considered quite prestigious.

Over the years to come, the Estate and surrounding area will become more harmonious and Squadron Court should develop some character.

Narla Road

"Views, Trees, Big Homes, But Noisy"

Narla is a good address in Bayview Heights, having a mix of moderate cost homes, to some very high cost homes. Many have views and almost all are situated on 1 acre steep blocks of land.

People generally stick to themselves and the area is fairly safe.

Traffic, particularly in mornings and evenings, can be frequent and noisy. Narla Road forms the Bayview Heights connection between Mona Vale Road and Pittwater Road, so is a commuter road.

Weekends and nights can be also noisy, due to many properties having large outdoor areas, balconies, decks etc.

"Peaceful Country Feel"

Mcleod Road is in the locality of Middle Dural and is located approximately 45 kilometres northwest of the Sydney CBD.

They are of large proportions and include resort-style living extras, such as extensive landscaping, tennis courts and swimming pools. A few have equestrian arena and paddocks for Horses. Some people have pet Alpacas and other quiet animals.

The road is known to house some hi-profile people yet remains natural and unobtrusive. It is considered very safe and friendly.

Property selling prices have taken a dip since the Global Financial Crisis, but 2010 average property market values will still be well above $2.5m.
