Great place for an investment property...given the relative affordability, good transport and ammenities. Seem to be many young families and pensioners...shouldnt have a problem renting out a unit or fibro cottage here. As an owner occupier, there are better suburbs in the local area you might call home.

Doctors/dentists

Weekend traffic
A bit of roughage (punks, drunks and skunks)
Journey point and not a destination
