Pascoe Avenue is located in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, almost around the corner from beach.

The location is terrific! Public transport is only a short walk away - the bus, train station and even trams. The beach is about a 5 minute drive and shopping centres such as Chadstone and Southland are no more than 15 minutes away. You could get to the CBD with in 25 minutes as well which is great.

Schools, swimming pools, tennis courts, shopping strips including medical clinics are also nearby which is always a helpful convenience.

Alongside Pascoe Avenue runs a beautiful big park with a basketball court, cricket pitch and a barbeque with a sheltered marquee and tables. So choosing a venue for a family and friends function or outing is never a hassle!

The neighbours are very friendly and approachable and greet you in the street, even if they’ve never met you - which always makes my day! The community is so well balanced and connected that they even run annual festivals in the local shopping streets which are so much fun.

Besides this, an added bonus is the fact that the price value of housing is constantly on the increase.

The versatility and peaceful nature of this area makes it well suited for people of different ages and living circumstances and I really wouldn’t dream of living anywhere else!
