Paradise Point

"An easy living place to be"

This is one of the sunny spots to be, not too busy and nice and friendly.

What more can you tell us? It looks like a lovely place!

We are moving to the Gold Coast next year and are deciding whether to buy at Runaway Bay, Paradise Point or Hope Island. We like the 'village' atmosphere of Paradise Point and it is the front-runner at this stage, however you get much more bang for your buck at Hope Island with it's newer homes (we're only there for a couple of years and are buying at entry level which only buys older homes in Paradise Point)

Yes, but once behind those bars at Hope Island it's hard to sell and move. At Paradise Point it has a fantastic community feel even with its own Facebook page promoting community activities.

Forgot to mention.... how's those sand flies eating you at Hope Island, we get none here.

Ewart Street

"Grew up here"

This was a lovely quiet little street when i was growing up, there have not been too many changes in the years it would seem as well.

Great for the fitness conscious person with bike trails and the Lake so close by.

Studley Park Road

"best of both worlds"

Studley Park Road has easy access to the city, or you can easily pop down to the river to get your daily exercise, without traffic racing past you at each turn.

Just down the road at the Junction there is a wide selection of restaurants and supermarkets, with trams into the city or out to Box Hill or Balwyn.

A lovely place to live, and a nice surprise when i first moved in as to how quiet it was after peak hour.
