"A Great Place To Live"

Raising a family with two young children meant finding a home in a central, family friendly neighbourhood was essential. Here, we are surrounded by other families, which creates a great environment for my family to live in.

Valentine is the perfect place to live in as it is close to the school that my children attend, and as a real estate agent for CENTURY 21 Stals & Kirk, it’s also close to work. The local shops are only down the road, and if you need, Newcastle CBD is only a short drive.

"A Place To Call Home"

Having lived in many Lake Macquarie suburbs in the past, I moved to Valentine almost ten years ago and it is the friendly people and welcoming atmosphere that make living here so enjoyable.

I work for CENTURY 21 Stals & Kirk in Valentine as a real estate agent so I know the local area well and I love that living in here means that I am so close to work. Valentine is also great because you can enjoy the relaxed lakeside lifestyle with the Newcastle CBD only a short drive away.

"A Warm, Welcoming Village"

After a rather nomadic life, I've now lived in Valentine for nearly 10 years and it's definitely the warm and welcoming village atmosphere that's kept me here.

Living in this friendly, safe neighbourhood is fantastic - you're so close to the water, and the village shops are great (especially the quality butcher and the great coffee & meals available at Graze).

I'm a real estate agent with CENTURY 21 Stals & Kirk at Valentine, so living and working in Valentine gives me a great lifestyle.

"A great place for everyone to live!"

Lurnea Crescent...The best street in Valentine. Like being on holiday everyday!!
Peaceful and beautiful yet close to all the fun of the lake, clubs and shops... a shop-a-holics dream come true, choose from five major shopping centres and three "homemaker" centres all within 20 mins of your front door.
Schools are nice and handy and well rated, Valentine public school is a short, pleasant stroll and a good school with great facilities.
We have a small "village" shopping centre with all the good stuff, so if you can't get to the big shops you don't have to go without. We have 2 hair salons, post office, bottle shop, butchers, video store, chinese resturant, fish and chip shop, general store (Charlie's), paper shop, Doctor & Dentist practice, pharmacy and 2 real estate agents, 2 boat ramps and the mobile library visits the area regularly.
The bowling club is walking distance but they do have a courtesy bus, the club has recently been re-furbished and has a large function room and a resturant.
The best of course is the lake and only a 5 minute easy stroll both ways!!! This is living folks!!
